The prayer altar is a wonder-generating altar. Jesus was out in prayers. The Bible says: And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him… (Luke 4:14, 17-18, 37).

You cannot be truly a sign and a wonder, without engaging effectively on the altar of prayers. Every time Jesus came down from the prayer altar, wonders erupted.

The prayer altar is a wonder-working altar. Jesus prayed, and the heaven was opened, Moses and Elijah descended, and the glory of the Lord covered them.

Wonders On The Prayer Altar:

The breakthrough wonders: The apostles continued steadfastly in prayers. During the prayer hour, there was this encounter with the man at the Beautiful Gate. That set a steer in the entire city. As a result, 5,000 people gave their lives to Christ. So, the prayer altar is a wonder-generating altar (Acts 2:42).

Covenant code for answered prayers:

The will of God: The knowledge of the will of God is your covenant code for answered prayer. You need to know the will of God. When you locate His will, you will enjoy His audience. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us (1 John 5:14). Until you locate God’s will, you are not qualified to have His audience.

What is the will of God regarding you in respect of breakthrough? Ye are the salt of the earth…(Matthew 5: 13-15). Salt is an essential commodity for human existence. Salt deficiency will lead to all kinds of sicknesses and diseases. So, salt is sought after. That means, you are a man to be sought after.

So, every child of God is a kingdom VIP; you cannot be ignored. You are the light of the world; that makes you a pacesetter, a pathfinder, a trailblazer. First, understand the breakthrough will of God for your life. So, you are not generating theoretical result. Let your light so shine before men… (Matthew 5:16).

That scripture establishes your breakthrough rights. That points to your breakthrough heritage. So, you are a breakthrough candidate in the kingdom. Redemption makes you a breakthrough entity (Proverbs 4:18).

What to do to take delivery of my inheritance?: There is always what to do.

1)      Rise ye up: Your inheritance is going to be contested. If you don’t rise up to contend for it, you will lose it. Rise ye up…beging to possess it, and contend with him in battle (Deuteronomy 2:24).

2)      Standing against the strong man: We stand against the strong man to take back our inheritance (Luke 11: 20-22). That strong man is the devil.

3)      Taking it by force: On the altar of prayer, you take back what belongs to you by force (Matthew 11:12).

4)      Engaging in spiritual warfare: We must engage in a spiritual warfare, particularly in prayer and fasting, in order to take full delivery of our inheritance (Ephesians 6: 12-14).

5)      Praying in the Spirit: As you pray in the spirit, you are building up your faith. Scriptures are coming alive to you with which to fight the war (Ephesians 6:18). That is your stronghold.

 

You must be baptized in the Holy Ghost, you can’t pray in the Spirit except you are baptized in the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking with new tongues.

6)      Remain on guard: The devil remains on the loose and he has never repented. He has come to steal what belongs to you, to kill if permitted and to destroy if not stopped (John 10:10). That means, we have to remain on guard if we must take full delivery of what belongs to us.

7)      Connecting to the right Scripture: God’s Word is prophetic (2 Peter 1: 19-21). So, connecting to prophetic scriptures is the highway to your inheritance. Every scripture is prophetic. When you connect with it, your star arises.

What is in Prayer and Fasting?:

1)      Supernatural breakthrough: We understand from scriptures that prayer and fasting are designed principally for our supernatural breakthrough. The altar of prayer and fasting is the altar of spiritual empowerment, and spiritual empowerment is what confers authority on you to have it the way you want it. The altar of prayer and fasting is the altar of delivery of divine secrets.

2)      Divine guidance: Divine guidance is key to a world of greatness and exploits. When God guides you, He goes before you (Psalms 24:7), He goes with you (Romans 8:31, John 8:29), He works with you (Matthew 16:20), He works for you and makes you unbeatable.

3)      Divine authority: It is a place where authority is conferred on you, because that is your realm in redemption (Matthew 6: 5-7).

4)      Sustainable empowerment: Prayer and fasting are designed to be a spiritual programme for your sustainable empowerment that puts you on top of life situations (Matthew 9: 14-15); Luke 4:14).
